Product page gallery lightbox and video thumbnail

Hello,
I am facing two problems in my site.
1) In product page gallery images lightbox Isn’t working. So When I am clicking on a gallery images its opening in new tab and there haven’t any option to back the page.

2) In product page gallery the video not showing any thumbnail. There only show the text” VIDEO” I want to remove the text video and add there a thumbnail which Should be generate auto based on video.

What I did for fix it??
1) I deactivated all of the plugins which not related with xstore.
2) Updated everything.
3) tried with a lot of woocommerce gallery builder plugins( but the xstore not collecting data from the plugins.

We means the product URl has the embed Youtube video.

Hello,
Please find attached file with links to the video of the products.
Each product has a variation of the gold color (white, yellow and rose gold), and also in the video there are links to the products, according to their gold color.
