Hello
I have a couple of questions about the image sizes on the single product page.
I notice that if you don’t upload an image that is long enough for the product image box, then there is quite a big space between the gallery thumbnails and the main image – would it be ok for me if I just changed the max height to something smaller if I wanted to reduce the space (would this upset the theme) or is it best to use a certain image size (what is the ideal size).
Also, with the gallery thumbnails, if you have more than 3 images in the gallery. it is not very clear the there is some more images to look at (only a small bit of the next image shows). I wonder if it is possible to be able to show a bit more of that next images so it is clear that there are more – or perhaps have flex slider arrows on the gallery row. Something like this?
The thumbnail gallery on the demo for this theme looks very different to how the actually theme looks. The gallery row is wider on the demo and show four thumbnails nicely formatted.
Thank you very much.
Hello,
It is better to upload images with bigger sizes.
Please provide us with link to the page where you have the issue with thumbnails formatting.

Hi Jack
Thank you.
Please see a link in the private content below.
You will see there is a space between the main image and the gallery – it would be much better for the gallery to sit underneath the main image.
Also – it is not clear that there are more images to look through in the gallery.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please upload bigger image to remove space between the main image and the gallery.
Size of thumbnails you can set in Theme Options -> Single Product Page -> “Product Thumbnails Width” and “Product Thumbnails Height”.

Sorry I gave you the wrong link. I have added it again in the private content.
most of my product images are the size of the one in the link – i want to use this size. I thought changing the max height of the image box might might be a solution ie:
element.style {
overflow: hidden;
position: relative;
.flex-viewport {
max-height: 500px; (changed from 2000px)
-webkit-transition: all 1s ease;
-moz-transition: all 1s ease;
transition: all 1s ease;
}
what do you think?
Re: the thumbnails. It doesn’t matter what size I have the thumbnails, its still not clear there are more images to display. Please have a look.
Hello,
Yes, you can change .flex-viewport max-height to 500px.
To resolve the issue with thumbnails you can try to adjust width of .product-thumbnails-slider class.

hi jack
i will change the max height as suggested above.
I’m not sure what to change with the .product-thumbnails-slider class but i will give it a go – any suggestions?
is it possible at all to have the slider arrows or something to show that you slide along – is this something that would be easy to add to the thumbnail slider?
thank you
hi jack
dont worry – i have made the changes I want to make and it looks good.
Thank you

Hello,
I’ve just renamed plugins folder and got to wp-admin panel. So the problem is with one of your plugins. You can find out it by disabling one by one via FTP.
