Hello, I am trying to put a connector block at the bottom of my Single Product Page template… I am doing so in the builder, and putting the connector directly UNDER the Tabs block. However, when I go to edit a product—the content connector is showing up INSIDE of the Description Tab, instead of UNDER the Tab element. How do I get it OUTSIDE/UNDER the tab?
Thanks in advance. here are two screenshots showing the issue.

Hello, @sethr,
I hope this message finds you well.
Thank you for reaching out to us. We have performed a test on our own test site using the same settings, and everything appears to be functioning correctly. In order to assist you further, we would need to review the settings on your site. We respectfully request that you provide us with the WP Admin URL and credentials. Please submit this information securely in the private content area of this support topic. Additionally, if you could provide a video clip demonstrating how to replicate the issue, it would greatly facilitate our troubleshooting process.
Before proceeding with these steps, we suggest you try the following general troubleshooting steps, which may resolve the issue:
1. Verify that the connector block is not nested within any other elements that could cause it to be displayed incorrectly within the Description Tab.
2. Inspect any specific settings within the Tabs block that may be influencing the positioning of subsequent elements.
3. Attempt to reposition the connector block by dragging and dropping it once more, ensuring it is placed outside the boundary of the Tabs block in the builder interface.
Should these steps not yield a resolution, please do not hesitate to inform us, and we will be more than willing to conduct a more in-depth investigation on your behalf.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter promptly.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello, please see private content message.
Thank you in advance for any direction.
Hello, @sethr,
Thank you for your response.
We would like to inform you that the ‘Connect Block’ is designed to display multiple widgets collectively. To utilize this feature effectively, you are required to incorporate several widgets within it. This is the intended functionality of the ‘Connect Block’.
For your convenience, we have prepared a tutorial video that demonstrates the process. We highly recommend that you view this video as it will serve as a valuable reference. https://www.veed.io/view/29915be0-4b6e-4182-9d19-7d993260f318?sharingWidget=true&panel=share
Furthermore, we would like to draw your attention to the possibility of creating a custom single-product page layout using Elementor. For detailed instructions and further information, please consult our theme documentation, which can be found at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/
We trust that this guidance will assist you in resolving your issue.
