Hello, Ammarzo,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ We can’t log in. Please check the credentials.
2/ Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Masonry > Off.
3/ Do you want 1 product per row on the Shop page for mobile?
Kind Regards,
8theme team
It didn’t work, I turned off the masonry still the product images are not aligned. also, I want to 2 products per row but the catch is the size should be a little bigger.
Hello, Ammarzo,
Thank you for your response.
1/ We’ve checked your settings and see that regenerate thumbnails is running right now. So in the result, you will get images in the same size but cropped – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/
2/ Please try to add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Mobile:
.product-view-default {
padding: 0px 5px;
}
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Seems like I have mistakenly turned off the thumbnail setting which was running.
Also I have applied the theme css code but still the problem is same, the images are not set properly (https://ibb.co/Y0yw6nV)
Hello, Ammarzo,
Did you read this article https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ ?
We would recommend you use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.
Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product images > Thumbnail Width > we’ve set https://prnt.sc/vZOo1tk1AGOc . After these changes, you need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply them! You can use Regenerate thumbnails plugin to do this https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
If the regeneration doesn’t help, we would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce, because image settings are independent of our theme – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Kind Regards,
8theme team
