Product page show product grid as list without images

    Hello,
    After the last update my product page is not working properly.
    The product grid button displays a list without images. Moreover the menu in the fixed navbar area isn’t working; it’s position is wrong and on top of the other elements so that the fixed navbar area is taller than how it should be.
    How I can fix it? Is it something concerning the last update?

    Hello,

    You’re using old theme version. Please update the theme and check it.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

    Here is video tutorial how to update theme.

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Ok, now nothing’s working at all. What’s going on? the whole site doesn’t work and I didn’t move or change anything.

    Can you confirm that you’re working on this issue? I see changings in my admin panel, like some plugins disactivated and a new woocommerce plugin installed and activated (now there are two of them), but I don’t have feedback from you. Please make me understand what’s going on.

    Almost 3 hours have passed, but nothing’s changed and I haven’t received any feedback from you. By now the navbar menu is almost ok (it’s still overlaying the logo), but the product page still doesn’t work as the images don’t appear and the grid is just one-column look-alike. I’m starting getting worried about this issue. Please reply asap. Thanks.

    I’m still waiting for a feedback from the support. I don’t know if I still have to wait for a reply or I can take control of the admin panel (now Woocommerce ask me to “Run the updater” again, but I don’t know if this can affect your inspection on this issue, so I’m blocked). How long I need to wait for a feedback? This makes me a bit disappointed about the support. I thought it was more efficient. By now I have an angry client from one side and no feedback about timing from your side. I hope you let me change my mind about it.

    Perfect, everything goes fine now. Woocommerce asks me again to update some php templates but I’ll dismiss this request by now, because it probably caused the issue. What do you suggest me to do? Maybe I can wait for another update..
