Product Page SIngle Fixed not showing up exactly as demo

    My product page http://34.235.141.37/product/stunning-snake-printed-swimsuit/ is showing the shopping options (price and Add to cart etc.) are showing up on the left hand side. Why not like the one in your demo https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/shop/man/sweatshirts/brushed-effect/?preset=single_fixed.

    I want it in the right side as in the demo link.

    I did all as mentioned by your support chat reps.

    Do u think I have not done that. I did it and nothing happens. Please assist. The worst support Ihave got from any vendor till date. Worst spport

    Nobody is responding to me on the support request. Its been more than 10 days and no reply. This is worrisome as I have been constantly trying to get a solution but in vain. One of the worst customer service from your team.

    Ok I have tried to contact your team several times via this support forum and the live chat. I am always told something or the other but no one took seriously in resolving the issue. Just see this thread. I said in my last line when I started this issue, that I did whatever your online reps told me to do but nothing happened, still your support team sent me the same solution that never works. Isnt this a bluff that you played with me.
    I will send the credentials and please browse to this page.

    If you resolve it let me know what options to choose. I dont want to waste time in contacting your team again.

    The problem is that our support team http://prntscr.com/i0dxqt told you to choose one layout https://prnt.sc/hv0sjh but you chose the other one http://prntscr.com/i0dx32

    That’s why you did not get the necessary result. Once I set the layout type as from screenshot from our support everything is fine http://prntscr.com/i0e08f

    You just did not check the answer from our support attentively.
    Could you be so kind to change your rating because our support gave you the correct answer from the very beginning?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, no, you were not doing the same. You may go to Theme Options, enable this type of layout http://prntscr.com/i0dx32 (as it was before I enabled the correct one) and check, these layouts are similar but different.
    So, were not any additional actions from our side. Seems you just misunderstand the first answer from our support. Anyway, we are glad that problem is solved. Please, change the rating because there was not our fault and delay in answering, we were waiting for your answer and for your access.
