1. Slider on the product page doesn’t work, and when clicking on a thumbnail it doesn’t even change the main image in the view. It also doesn’t look right, with one image down below.
What can I do? I turned off speed settings, cache plugin, but the problem remains.
I also turned off extra files from files generator, but that doesn’t help either.
Since I changed the look of the single product page to no sidebar this problem appeared. Changing it back won’t solve it anymore, even after clearing website and browser cache.
The loading speed is also very slow with your theme, and very bad scoring on page speed tools like page speed test from Google.
2. How can I disable the newsletter pop-up? You simply don’t have any option to completely disable it? I go to header builder – newsletter – and there is no option to disable it, only to delay it. I don;t see any other way to disable it.
