Product pages are blank when child theme is activated

Dear Support,

I hope this message finds you well .. I have come across a very strange issue where products are visible on the shop page, however, when clicking on a particular product, the product page is blank .. This seems to occur only when the XStore child theme is active .. Once I activate the parent theme, products pages will be visible ..
Please advise on how I can solve this issue ..

We appreciate your recent purchase of our theme and your subsequent contact with our support center.

To address your issue, we kindly request you activate the parent theme and export the single product page. This can be done by navigating to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single Product Builder > Import/Export.

Following this, please activate the child theme and import the single-product.json file. You can do this by going to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single Product Builder > Import/Export and then publishing it.

We are confident that these steps will resolve your issue.
