Product pages are not loading – showing blank pages

    Hi, I have recently purchased this theme, everything works as it should but the product pages are showing blank content. I have done everything listed in the documentation to no prevail. Please assist.

    Hello, @TylerB93,

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Hi I have disabled 3rd party plugin but I had the same result – it seems the issue is coming from the core plugin. Please assist. I have replied with the credentials in the private content area.

    Hello, @TylerB93,

    Actually, the issue is that you have enabled the “Single product page builder” option from the Theme options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder see image: https://postimg.cc/JDFVWgVY

    But you didn’t set up the page. you just leave it empty that’s why the empty page appears on the site I just disable it and now your issue is resolved. check the resulting image here: https://postimg.cc/9RRTM596

    There is no plugin that causes the issue all of your plugins are still activated and the issue was resolved. Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    You have to change the site width in px from XStore >> Theme Settings >> General/Layout: https://postimg.cc/0b5cZYMk

    OR you can try with the below-given CSS code, you can paste it under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1200px){
    .container, div.container{
        max-width: 100% !important;
    }
    }

    Hi, i am in need of assistance with this theme – i have installed WP rocket as well as Cloudflare to helpspeed up the loading of the images, and products on the site.

    The products on the front page are not loading at all and they do not display when a client first visits the page – am i doing something wrong on my settings – is there any way i could fix this?

    Your issue is resolved now kindly check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. Here is the resulting video: https://streamable.com/3ffqqt

    I just disable these options from the XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization >> https://postimg.cc/v1rK7SfZ and your issue is resolved.

    Note: Please always remember that when using the optimization plugins to speed up your site do not use the “Speed Optimization Wizard” feature of the theme as they might conflict with one another.
