product pages are not the same. I want it to be like the second image. Best seller on the first page and no top section.

Enable product tabs via Theme Options and add shortcode of your static block into custom tab.

You can choose your product single page setting by going to Dashboard > XStore > Theme Option > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder > Tabs and set it according to your requirements. https://prnt.sc/10z8hsg

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > Add to cart > Sticky Add To Cart Bar > Off
