    Hi,

My product photos are not showing up on any of my pages. I viewed the page source and the image code looked like this:

    <div class=”img-wrapper”><img class="product_image" src=”” alt=”my product desc” /></div>

As you can see, the src came up empty. I will include site/backend information in the private content, thanks for your help.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Hi Eva,

ok, i got the body content back, but upgrading didn’t fix the problem of the empty SRC for the product images.

    Hello,

Please try to change permissions on uploads/ folder to 755 in the /home/spotligh/public_html/wp-content/ directory.
If it doesn’t help please provide us with FTP credentials.
By the way I was unable to log in to wp-admin panel using the logins you provided. Please check them.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
