Product preview does not work, product starts a download

    Hello

    can you please help me with WooCommerce.

    I have a product (see picture) that cannot be opened. I do not come to the product preview, but it starts repeatedly a download although it is not even released for download!

    Ask for help as I can’t find the error.

    and how can I change the product rating so that there are no more unchecked overall reviews?

    Hello,

    Have you tried to move this product to Trash and create a new one with the same settings? Do you face the problem still?

    currently This product works again, it happens repeatedly. I did not delete it or recreated it again.
