    Hi Olga

I have a issue with product pricing in variable products. When you have few variations of a single product, you have different prices for each one. But, in variable products, it shows as a price range in the product page. You can check that when you go to my site and click on a product which has different versions. But that should not be the way it should work.

I want to have the lowest price to display as the price of the product. Both in the shop page and single product page. So, when you select a different version from the drop down, that price should be change accordingly

I can have the minimum price of the product to display both in the shop and single product view. But, that price is not changing with variable options for the product.

In the variable product single page view, you have price in two pages. One is below the product title and other one is “above the add to cart button”. That price we have “above the add to cart button” is changing according to different product option selection. But not the price we have just “below the product title”‘

Actually what I need is to have one single price. I just want to have the price we have “below the product title” and it should be dynamic to option selection of the product. That is the normal eCommerce way and that’s what I want.

Hope this is clear. Please let me know if you need any more clarifications

    Thank You

    Hello,

Unfortunately, this is how WooCommerce works. You can enable official WC theme Storefront and check. WooCommerce plugin displays range of the prices and shows the variation price once you selected variation.

    Hi Olga

I know this is a default feature. As you know, I didn’t purchase woocommerce. I purchased your website. So, I expect little support than this saying that this is a default feature of woocommerce.

I have work with so many wordpress templates and their support. They never says that this is a default feature of a plugin they have used inside the website. It’s their responsibility to support their customers who paid to get the template. And all other support does that in really good.

We don’t purchase website to have it’s look and feel. We purchase the support as well. So, please give me a reasonable solution that this. This is your template. I’m just asking a simple change. You should help me to have that in your template.

So, again, I’m seeking your help for this. I don’t care if that’s a custom code or any other change. How can I change the pricing they way I have mentioned in the previous message

Looking forward to your fast respond

    Hello,

We are glad to help you with all the questions related to our theme features and options, of course, you can rely on any help with theme settings. But if you are asking about custom development which is outside the scope of support we can offer (according to TF support policy http://prntscr.com/fki0tq https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy ) we offer you to contact our partners who will be glad to help you with any type of additional customization https://wpkraken.io/?ref=8theme

If you have some PHP skills you can try to implement it by yourself using help guides, for example https://iconicwp.com/change-price-range-variable-products-woocommerce/ or similar.

    Regards

If you are like this. This would the first and last time I would every buy your theme. I have had worst issues with my previous themes and support has nothing but very helpful for that. They were with me until the end of the project and helped me to complete it the exactly I want. Your support is very disappointed if you treat us like this.

    Hello,

I’m sorry but we are glad to help you with minor CSS customization but if you buy theme on themeforest you should read item support policy and information about additional development. We would like to help every client to build site according to his needs but there are things that are included in theme and there are things that are not included.
We are ready to point you to the right direction with custom development but if you expect something more you need to submit customization request and get a quote.
If you buy car and want some tuning you don’t demand from the maker this kind of work, right?

    Hi

How can I change the layout of the variable product layout the way it is in the image I have attached with this message. I want to remove the range and put the bottom price under the title of the product.

    Hi Olga

No I didn’t. What I want is to remove the price range and put the bottom price under the title of the product. If you go to this page, that issue is still there. http://www.preorders.lk/product/beats-solo3-wireless-on-ear-headphones/

Before you respond to my issue, I contacted your customer support via chat. So, Helen told me that my theme version is old and I need to update the theme in order to get the compatible with the latest version of woocommerce and it will resolve the issue I have.

I just migrated the website from production server to commercial host. So, I wanted to enable the automatic theme update since this kind of issues can come in the future. So, I created the token and connected the theme with themeforest. Even though the connection was successful, I can’t update the theme automatically as it supposed. Can you please check on that issue first. I had to manually update the theme because of that.

I downloaded your latest version of the theme and replaced it with the one I currently have. But, it still says that I have a new theme update in the dashboard. Please refer this screenshot. http://prntscr.com/fq90ms

Since the update would resolve the issue I have with the pricing in the single product page, can you please check what’s wrong with the automatic update in my website.

Looking forward to your fast respond

    Thank You

    Hello,

    1) We did not change the structure of the variable product. If you want to make changes for the variable product follow the guide to do this
    https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-single-product-page/
If you need help with additional development you may contact WPKraken team because such customization this is out of the scope of our support.

    2) I can’t check the autoupdate option on your site because you are using the latest version of our theme. Contact us after new update release and provide FTP access to your site. We’ll check why you can’t update theme via admin panel.

    Regards
