I have everything enabled so that people can write comments/reviews on the products, but for whatever reason it seems as though comments/reviews have been disabled on our site.
Only one product we are allowed to comment on, and I think its because we added comments before some updates might of happened.
I added the login info to the private content.

Okay so I updated to woopress 2.0, and some of reviews were enabled on products and some were not. Weird, I have everything enabled, not sure what the issue is.

Not sure if that “?GD_NONCE=16b71f0210” at the end of the non-working reviews gives some insight on the issue. If you can shed any light on this matter that would be greatly appreciated.

Thats so strange you see all that, that shouldn’t be the case. If you type in port 22, it should take you directly into the “html” folder so you can directly see all the content. But for whatever reason if that cannot be done, below is the files exact location.
/home/sisr2583144163/html

I tried to access “home” directory but I don’t have permissions. The directory can’t be opened.
Please give us full permissions to be able to edit the files.

Full permissions are enabled. I am using the same login to access the FTP so I am not sure why you can’t access it.
Here is a screenshot of me logging into my FTP via FileZilla.
Haven’t heard back from anyone? Please let me know if you guys can help, I don’t understand why comments/reviews aren’t working on my site.

The problem was caused by WP_MEMORY_LIMIT. We’ve increased the value in wp-config.php file.
Please clear browser cache and check tabs now.
