Hello,
I have encountered a problem with the product slider.
I am referring to the [8THEME] Products WP composer element.
I have tried turning on and off the options regarding to the autoplay in slider settings tab but nothing did the trick.
Is it some kind of bug?

Hi, the same plugin has another problem, it doesn’t filter products by category or tag.
I’ve tried several times, but when I save and then re-open the plugin mask, the category has desapeared.
Can you fix it please, because this is a core feature for ecommerce.

Could you provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access to check because we can’t replicate this issue on our test installs and need to check your settings?

Hi, I’m sorry, I’ve solved… I have to wait for the dropdown menu choices (categories, tagetc) and selectone of them clickin on it.
The problem is that the dropdown is not showing sometimes, so I didn’t realized what to do … It needs some try before it works.
Anyway, it works.
