Product Status filter is not showing correctly product count

Product Status filter is not showing correctly product count. you can see the attached image for confirmation.

Hello, Abdul Moiz,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

When you choose to display all products that are out of stock, the system functions accordingly, and the product availability counter reflects “0” for in-stock items. Conversely, the counter will adjust appropriately when the settings are changed.

Well, if we disable, the count vanishes. is there anyway we can keep count of in stock out stock same time?

Thanks for the update.

We have this issue with filters:
1. If out of stock is checked once and if I try to uncheck it, it doesn’t work until checked another or refreshed the page. While if I check in stock and uncheck it, it works perfectly fine.

Also, the other filters like all categories, rating etc. don’t work when I select any filter from brands and number is wrong and even wrong category names it shows.

Its better in case of check/ uncheck on product status but overall on the shop listing page with other filters, its not working as expected.

Not sure what I am requesting makes some sense. I have recorded a video with voice to explain everything.
Some in consistencies.

We have slightly adjusted the logic of the brand filter functionality. It is now possible to disable it when a category filter is selected.

Thank you very much for the update.
It helps to keep brands filter visible but still issue is that when anything from brand is selected, and same time if product filter is selected it gets count from total store items if unchecked, it shows correct value as per brand and filter combination. now for product status do any of two either keep all count same as it always remain same in brands or change it as per combination filtering whether an in stock or other option check or not in product status filter.

Thank you very much for the update. Its really very good effort and working together we are making xstore better for everyone.
It works perfectly for Brands, Product Status and Average Rating but still issue with All Categories and Price filters.

Regarding the “Categories Filter,” we are still actively working on it. As for the AJAX loading issue with the “Price Filter” widget, we have released patch 9462107, which is intended to resolve this problem.

Okay thanks for your update. price filter looks good with ajax but still if on some price selection, if no item is found then price filter disappears so no way to go back. I think it should not disappear whether there is any product in range or not because in product filter, finally you can see count to be sure. also the rating filter should not disappear same like brands that will be better if you implement like this.

also category filter is showing totally wrong values with other filters so I will wait until you update them and release some patch etc.

Regarding the display of brand filters and price filters when no products are found, this functionality is currently unavailable. However, we have added the “8theme – Active Product Filters” widget for you, which allows you to disable such widgets if needed. Additionally, we have made improvements to the price filters, product status filters, and product category filters to ensure they now work more accurately and efficiently. Kindly check and confirm.

As for the display of product quantities in the category widget, please note that it currently shows a static count per category. We are actively working on improving this functionality.

yes, active filters addition is really great. so we can go back any time. But make the design a little bit better as it looks simple html.

Thanks for the update. I got some time today to do the testing and I think you still need to improve your search algorithm for categories. As it shows random categories which either it should not show and show only relevant or it should keep showing all same like brands we did but this time even brands are not all showing.
