Product Tab is not working – settings are not loading

    I have a problem with the Product Tab – I cannot edit the settings in the WordPress panel.
    When I click on the Product Tab – the settings on the left should open … but they don’t open – the circle spins … and nothing.
    I do not know if this is related to this, but in Firefox I am not displaying the content from the Product Tab window. Google Chrome and Opera are ok.
    Please take a look at this link. What I should do now?

    Unfortunately, we do not work via TeamViewer.
    Could you provide a video or screenshots of the problem? (Record a video, upload it on a filesharing service, for example, https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/ , and provide URL via the Private Content area / You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make a screenshot and share the link here.)
    If the problem persists in Firefox only, make sure you are using the latest version of the browser.
    We ask about temporary wp-admin access, you will be able to delete the user once the problem will be solved.
    wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    At first I show a problem with the display of TAB.

    In 16 seconds I show how the link is displayed in Google Chrome – You can see the TAB tab (There is a YouTube video and a song text)

    In 28 seconds I show how the same page is displayed in Firefox – there is no TAB tab (no YouTube videos and song lyrics)

    This is a big problem – customers cannot see the important content.

    Please solve the problem.

    Hello @Marek,

    Thanks for the video, but we are unable to help without the ability to check the situation on your site more deeply. Because of this we 2 times ask you about temporary wp-admin access. Please provide mentioned access, you will be able to delete that account once the problem will be solved.
    Before this, please do next tests:
    1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
    2/ How does it work when the default WC theme – Storefront is activated on your site?
    It is important to check if the problem persists with the default theme to find out if it comes from the theme or from something else. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme.
    Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

    I did as you wrote – in fact, one of the plugins was causing the problem (Async JavaScript).
    I turned it off – now TAB Content appears in Firefox.

    Unfortunately, the problem persists in the panel (TAB edition)

    Before I give access, I have to unlock my wordpress – I have secured it for security.

    I noticed that the problem is with “Webcraftic Clearfy – WordPress optimization plugin”.
    When I turn it off, the problem is gone. When I turn it on, the problem returns again – not only on Tabs but also on e.g. 404 Page …
