Product Tabs Don't Do Anything When Clicked On

Hello,

I am using the Royal theme and I have 3 product tabs on the product page, however only the “Reviews” tab appears to work. If I try to click on the other tabs, it just looks like it refreshes the page and stays on the “Reviews” tab.

I have already activated all the latest plugins and I’m already fiddled with all the different tab options, but no matter what style or format I use, the same thing occurs.

I’ve reviewed the other forum topics related to tabs, but none have helped.

Hello,

I’ve disabled the W3 Total Cache plugin and tabs work perfectly. Please clear all cache and check it.
