Hi there,
For some reason, product tabs don’t function properly with variable products. I noticed someone else said it was due to a YITH zoom magnification plugin but I’m not using that. I have tried disabling plugins and have not been able to find the cause.
I have provided a login so you can have a look what’s going on. Cheers’

Hello,
I’ve updated etheme.js file.
Please check the page now and clear browser cache before.
Thank you.

Hi Eva,
Ok great thanks for that. Can I ask if this fix has been updated in the themeforest version? Just want to make sure that when an update is released, I won’t lose this change/fix. Thanks!
~ Daniel
Hello,
You’re welcome.
Yes, the fix will be included in the update.

Hi, what was the cause of this issue?
The product tabs do not change when clicked.
I setup a site for a client around 4 years ago and after an update some time after this issue occurred (I think around 2 years ago). However, the client did not get around to requesting it be resolved until now.
I have just updated to the very latest version of WooPress (downloaded a week ago) and I have updated WordPress itself, WooCommerce and every plugin. I have also disabled all plugins and the issue is still there. Although I have just renabled W3TC (it was disabled for 2 years) it is also effectively disabled as none of the features are enabled.
Can you give me an idea what is causing this issue please. I am happy to give you login details if you need that but I do actually want to understand the cause rather than have you just go in and fix it, if possible.
Many thanks
Hello @TeeDev,
Please try to activate child theme on site to check if the problem was caused by custom changes.
Regards
Hello and thanks for the quick response.
The site is using a child theme (has been from the very start).
I have tried emptying the contents of the child theme functions.php (except for the reference to call parent theme for styles).
Can you think of anything else?
Hello,
To check for sure, go to Appearance > Themes and activate the parent theme, clear cache and check tabs one more time then you may activate the child theme back (make sure that you know where every widget is placed because they could be messed up after changing the active theme).
Also, you can enable WP debug mode to find out if some error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what you need to fix.
Regards
