I noticed others have asked this questions as well and they were asked to turn off all plugins to find the conflict.
I have deactivated all plugins except woocommerce and the problem persisted.
I have not made any hardcoded changes to the them files other than creating a custom.css file.
For me the culprit was Woocmmerce Yith Zoom Magnifier. Disappointed because I really want to use the magnifier on mobile since Royal doesn’t have that feature.

I just copied what I sent you to login and had no issue. Since I’m in Filezilla can you just send me the proper file to load maybe?
I’ll recopy, the Raleway font you are using on here is so hard to read there’s a quotation mark ” in the password I don’t even think you can see it in what I sent.
You may want to consider changing the font to something that’s easier to read I have a really hard time with it.
