Product to Cart error - by dksarup - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi 8theme

    I have problem with my webshop. When I or a customer are adding “Products” in the “Cart” it work fine, but when clicking on the Cart, the “products” are erased from the Cart (meaning it shown an empty Cart). Sometimes it work fine, sometime it does not.

    Can you please help me with this problem?

    I have the same problem that other users in a month and I can not fix it :

    The problem is present only when the user is not connected.

    Can you please help me with this problem?

    Hello @licomdev,

    You’re using very old theme version.
    Please update it to 1.5.1 version: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade (paragraph “1.5 Theme Upgrade”).

    Please update Legenda theme to 2.4.1 version. This bug is fixed there.
