    Dear Support,

i am creating collections on my website : see private 1
Therefor i am creating pages per collection, example: see private 2

For this page i want to use the AAPF Single Filter (BeRocket Ajax Filter Plugin) to let users filter on ‘product category’.
On the link you can see the product filter is showing on the left sidebar, but when selecting a product category, the products do not update and keep showing all.

The problem has probably to do with the way i display the products on those single pages, which is with the ‘[8Theme] Products’ element from WPBakery. Probably not supported by the Berocket plugin.

Berocket support tells me to use the ‘Woocommerce Products’ element, however I cannot work with Woocommerce Products because i cannot show products based on ‘Tag’ there.

Do you have any idea how i can get both [8theme] products and AAPF Single Filter from Berocket to work together? Maybe another way to show products using tag filter?

berocket: If you want to use Theme element, then contact theme author and ask them to add WooCommerce hook “woocommerce_shortcode_products_query” same as WooCommerce shortcode doing it.

    Kind regards

    Dear Olga,

thank you. Can you give any estimated time when finished? Is this days, weeks or months?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay. We tried to find a solution, tried suggested hook but it does not work for our element, unfortunately.
We can’t add the compatibility of our element with that plugin. Use the default WooCommerce element that suggested the plugin author or maybe hire the developer to customize the default WooCommerce element to show products by tags.

    Regards

    Hi Olga,

Okay that is too bad. Thanks for the reply. I will try to find a workaround. I am not sure what changes they made but right now i cannot activate that Berocket plugin at all anymore?

When it still was activated i got the following error in frontend:

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /home/meenemen/public_html/paxtertravelstore.nl/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-query.php on line 462
    Themas

    Please advise.

    Hello,

Not at all. We also wanted to add compatibility but with no luck.
After activation, you get not the errors but notices, it’s a different thing. You can see them because developers enabled WP debug and forgot to disable it. I have disabled the WP debug, it hides notices but does not remove them. So, you can report and provide notices to plugin author, they should be able to fix them.

    Regards
