Hello, my single page archive builder does not behave correctly. No matter what I try the layout is shifted (there is a spinning loading icon in the products archive that shifts the layout and this icon never completes loading) maybe a setting somewhere is off. Also, when I enable hide variable products in customizer, it hides it correctly in customizer view but on the live site the variable products are still visible.

    Thank you

Can I kindly ask that a human review my support request and not an AI generated response? In my original message and in my reply I have included my full details of my WP login but both in the initial reply and the follow-up reply I was asked to provide these details.

I look forward to your reply, thank you.

Also, this issue is impacting my website functionality and I would appreciate guidance on resolving this.

Thank you very much for your help. Please check the login again now, it should be fully working.

Also, I have been trying to update the layout (margins/spacing) for the main header on desktop but the changes on customizer are not reflecting on the live site. I have refreshed all caches etc but header problem still persists (header is stuck to the left border of the page and won’t move to the center)

    Thank you!

Okay, update, so I was able to fix the header I believe… I had an extra header template that I deleted and I believe it fixed the issue of the header.

    so the remaining issues are:

product archive layout error as shown in the video and “hide variable products” when enabled, is not working on the live site (but working in customizer)

    THANKS!!!!

    Hello, @Kia,

Thank you for bringing the product archive layout error to our attention. We understand that there is also an issue with the “hide variable products” feature not working as expected on the live site, despite functioning correctly in the customizer.

Regarding the “hide variable products” option, we would like to clarify that the functionality is designed to work specifically on product archive pages. When enabled, it hides only the parent product of variations, displaying the variation as a simple product.

Please note that this option does not affect the live site’s product layout but is intended exclusively for product archive pages. We have recorded a video from your site to visually guide you on how this feature works. You can view the video by following this: https://www.veed.io/view/d055021e-f141-4fb8-8c3c-1b48954b8f25?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with.

    Yours sincerely,
    The 8Themes Team
