    Hello,

I’m running some Lighthouse reports for my website and it seems that even it the lazy load option is disabled for my “Products carousel” the Lighthouse keeps saying that carousel is lazy loading the images, how can I disable that option?

I’ve checked and made sure the lazy option is disabled for that element.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

You can try the next: Theme Options > Speed optimization > Disable native WordPress lazy loading > On.

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We kindly request that you verify the settings in Elementor by ensuring that the Lazy loading/ajaxify feature is disabled. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://imgur.com/Zh7ZmGw.

If the issue persists, please check whether it might be caused by any third-party plugins on your site, such as a caching plugin or an optimization plugin.

These are our basic recommendations. Should the problem continue, we would require access to your site to further investigate and address the issue on an individual basis.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
