Products change to "Out of stock" when menu order is changed

When a product’s menu order is changed the product goes “Out of stock”. To change the product back to “In stock” I sometimes have to change the product to “On backorder” then to “In stock” because it won’t change from “Out of order” to “In stock”.

Hello,

Do you have this problem with a default WC theme – Storefront?
Please describe the problem in more details with screenshots.
Use Lightshot screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to share screenshots, it creates a link to the image and you will just send us that link.
Provide us with access which can be used to be able to see your settings in Dashboard.
