    Hi

We are having some issues on our website. We are using Woocommerce, Woopress and WPML.

When we had products with variations (products you choose the size) clicking on the Add to the cart button, it is well added but when we go to see the cart, a few seconds later we get a message that the product has been removed from our cart because it has been modified.

At first it was doing it just for the German part of our site, now even on the French part.

I’ve desactivated the woopress theme for another, and with the other we don’t have this issue so that’s why I guess it has a link with woopress.

What could we do to sort this out ?

    Hello,

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so I we can take a closer look.

    Regards

    Hello,

You use the old version of theme and the latest version of woocommerce. It can be reason of the problem.
If your site is live, I would recommend you to create a staging site (a full copy of the live one) and update theme to 4.5.3 version on the test site. If you made changes in theme files, you need to transfer them into child theme – https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#3_child_theme https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ http://prntscr.com/m4yrdp
If the update doesn’t solve the problem, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access to the test site (ask your hosting provider support to create FTP account to your site files and give us the credentials).

    Regards
