Products do not appear, I want to use the old Xstore Builder

The products are visible on the Elementor editing screen, but the products are not loaded or visible in the guest login. I couldn’t fix it no matter how hard I tried.

Additionally, I cannot edit my site from the customize section. I used to edit with xstore builder. Now I cannot edit outside of Elementor. How do I use the xstore live editing panel?

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Should you prefer to edit your site using the Customizer instead of Elementor, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Xstore Builders.
2. Select ‘Product Archive Builder via Elementor’.
3. Remove the existing condition.
4. Then, proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop.
5. Make the necessary edits as per your requirements and publish the changes.
