hello,

in product page, it is showing the product images as list, not as a gallery:

can you please check?

Hi,

It seems the screets-lc plugin cause some issue, did you configure the plugin correctly? Did you fill all the details about firebase in the Plugin settings page? If not, do that and check it. If you’re not using that plugin, just try to disable that and see how the product page loads.

If nothing works, pass us the WP Login details we will check what’s going wrong.

hello,

I disabled the “Screets Live Chat” plugin as I do not need a live chat.

However images gallery is still not working here:
https://www.test.sito-wp.it/griphos/producto/una-excursion-al-zoo/
(and in all products)

can you please check why?

Hello,

I’ve checked the issue with parent theme and it works fine, so you need to check your changes in the child theme.

hello, thank you for your help.

It was the updated woocommerce theme files that I put in the child theme, with the 3.3 update version they were not working anymore…
