Hey!
We have noticed in recent days that there is a bug where the products in the Side/ Mini Cart do not appear when they are added inside the Off-Canvas Cart/ Side Cart.
We are losing purchases!
This is really really Crusiol!
We need your help ASAP!

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

Will do.
We think it is because of the new Update of the Elementor WebBuilder.
They had recently updated to the latest 3.12.0 and we have noticed on a few of our websites that have this update that the Side Cart is not behaving as usual…
Could you check this possibility too?

Please check if disabling of Elementor plugin solves the issue on your site. Let us know the results of tests.

As we can see the problem persists when the Elementor Pro is activated. Please contact the support of the Pro version and ask for assistance from their side also.
