Hi, I’m Kenneth.
I’m a Korean and I run the website Korean as main language.
I have some of trouble with Legenda theme.
After I install this theme I can’t show products catalog image.
That images have Korean name. It did work with WordPress’s base theme.
How can I solve it?
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

Robert Hall
Hello Robert.
Here’s what you need.
Thanks.
I’ve tried to reupload WooCommerce folder in theme folder via FTP and can’t do it, got the following message ‘550 SITE CHMOD command failed’.
You need to contact your hosting provider support regarding this issue as it’s related to server configuration.

Robert Hall
Sorry for that.
I set wrong group to that account.
Now, I give another permission to there. So you can try it again.
Thanks.
Now I got the following messages:
331 Please specify the password.
500 OOPS: vsftpd: refusing to run with writable root inside chroot()
Please check it.
Regards,
Robert Hall
sorry for again.
I just give all permission to that id.
Thanks.
Sorry, but still got the same messages as previous:
550 SITE CHMOD command failed.
550 Remove directory operation failed.
Regards,
Robert Hall
sorry for taking your time.
I forgot permission to folder.
I just give that.
Thanks.
I can’t change permissions of the images in pgig/wp-content/uploads folder, still got ‘550 SITE CHMOD command failed’. Please try it yourself and set permission to 777 for all images there then check issue.
If this didn’t solve the issue then you should use the images with latin letters.
Regards,
Robert Hall
Changing permission is just approved root account in my server.
And as your advise, I give permission 777 to all of images, I still can’t see product catalog images.
If can, can you tell me why it didn’t shown in this theme?
As you tested, another theme didn’t show that error to me.
It’s a bug in our theme and will be fixed in the next theme update.
Sorry for inconvenience.
Regards,
Robert Hall
Ok. Thanks for try to help me.
I will expect next update.
Sincerely,
Kenneth Gye.
You’re welcome!

Robert Hall
