Products not showing - by rubikmedia - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi there,

    I´m having some issues with products not displaying.
    I set up my menu adding product categories (bras, bathing suits, dresses) but when I click in the name of the category, page returns the following error:

    Fatal error: Class ‘jwOpt’ not found in /nfs/c01/h14/mnt/4244/domains/latallaperfecta.com.mx/html/wp-content/themes/goodstore/woocommerce.php on line 11

    Can you advice please?

    Hello,

    As I see you have a lot of plugin. Try to disable one by one and check your site.

    Well, I disabled all plugins not related to your theme and it´s still not working.
    How I am supposed to have an online store if I can´t show the products?

    Second question, how can I add custom sizes to each product?

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest 1.5.1 version and check your site after that:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade (paragraph “1.5 Theme Upgrade”).

    I updated the theme to Latest Version 1.5.1 – November 29, 2014 and still happens.

    I can´t go on if the main feature of the website doesn´t work.

    Please advice.

    Hello,

    As I see you don’t have updated theme to the latest version. It must be v. 1.5.1.
    Also you have some other installed theme. This can cause conflict between themes. You need to remove them.
    And you forgot to provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.
