Products not showing - by Dittemila - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    hallo. I have started translating my page with WPML.
    I have problems with my menu and categories. I think it might have something to du with my shop page.
    When I add products to my new ENGLISH categories, the products is not showing up in the product category, only under SHOP in my menu.

    in my danish menu the SHOP in my menu is not “active”-not possible to click on it.
    I have no idea how to make this option in my new ENGLISH menu. -And i have no idea why my products is not showing in the categories I put them in?

    CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME?

    Hello,

    Shop link isn’t clickable because you added Shop menu item as custom link and didn’t enter url for it http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/16/0318/h_1458303051_3257125_896ca7ab57.png . So either put url for Shop page there or remove custom link item and add Shop page item http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0318/h_1458303238_2681587_0d6af81290.png (select proper shop page).

    Concerning product categories, please show a direct link where you have issues and also provide us with FTP credentials.

    I have tried and it is not possible.
    Please go to the website, and choose “english” in top bar.

    I have added 2 products to “playsuits” but nothing shows up. The products in visible under “Shop”

    Please make my englishe menu like my danish menu.

    Hello,

    I’ve updated permalinks settings in wp-admin panel.
    Please clear browser cache and check product categories now.
    Also disable your mega menu plugin and try to create default menu.

    I need someone to check why is happenes!
    Every time the wpml plugin in activated I get ERRORS all the time?

    Hello,

    I’ve disabled Max Mega Menu plugin and added this code in custom.css file:

    .main-nav .menu .menu-full-width .nav-sublist-dropdown .container > ul > li:first-child {
    margin-left: 25px !important;
}

    Please check menu now.

    Sorry, but we don’t see the errors you showed.
    Where do you see them?

    Hello,

    Please take my apologies, but you’ve created menu with help of Max Mega Menu plugin and we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins.
    If you disable this plugin and create full width menu as described in the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/primary_menu you’ll see it works for both menus.

    I really would appreciate if Stan Russel would help me.

    I need my english drop down menu, to look like my danish menu. I can’t attach pictures here. But if you go to my site and look at my danish menu, it will be a horizontal drop down menu.
    If you choose englsih site (select it in the hidden top panel) my menu is vertical.
