Hello,

I can not let the product appear tabbed products on sale, featured products and etc. In the old version of Visual Composer that was possible, now keeps showing products with pages and shows the title. How can I do to appear again the old plugin.
It follows a print of how it was and as it is now:

Also wanted to know why they are showing up black parts in products with quick view.

Hello,

I don’t see Tabs element in your home page. Add it.
Also update the theme to the latest version https://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hello Eva,

My header and footer are customized.
When I updated the subject and deletes the woocommerce, the page was unconfigured.
Every time I go to update the theme, I will have to leave the old pages in php that has changed? And other changes that were made, such as translations, will also disappear with the upgrade?

Hello,

If you modified original theme files then they’ll be overwritten. You need create child theme https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes and make all changes there. Please note you must delete “woocommerce” folder in the theme directory wp-content/themes/royal/, not in wp-content/plugins and reupload it from the theme package in royal folder, not from the woocommerce plugin folder.

Translations will be kept if you just overwrite theme files, but do not delete old folder and upload a new one, just overwrite it!
