Hello,
How does it work with the default WC theme – Storefront?
Do you have this problem when parent XStore theme is activated on the site? As I can see, your child theme contains outdated files – https://prnt.sc/o56vi0
If you have the problem with parent XStore theme only, try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme and check the beauty-care category then.
To fix outdated files, compare 2 files, add the missing code to your child theme files.
Regards

Hello,
Sorry, but we are theme support, so are able to help with issues related strictly to our theme. If the problem is independent of the theme you need to check if one of the additional plugins causes it.
If it doesn’t relate to plugins, you can contact WooCommerce support via support forum. Do not forget to mention that the problem persists even with the default theme.
Regards
