Products page showing products but editor page is blank…

When I go to my products page it shows all the products. It also shows two boxes at the end with worldwide shipping and free shipping. I need to change these boxes. And I also would like to know why when I go to the products page for editing its blank. Where is it pulling this information from?

These blocks were created using Widget area and Static Block widget, read more here https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/xstore/#theme_settings_45_widgets_amp_custom_widget_areas

If you need to edit this block go to Static Blocks and edit Below the product block.

I understand that, I am just trying to figure out where I go to arrange these on the page etc. There is NOTHING on the products or wholesale page that lets me do a single thing. How do these static blocks know to show up on the products and wholesale pages?
