    Good afternoon,

I am having a lot of difficulty getting a sidebar to appear in my products display pages and category display pages and brand display pages.

Ultimately I would like it to appear similar to what you have in the demo website: https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/product-category/women/

However, I only get a grid of the products. The sidebar doesn’t appear even if I assign it to the left or right from the “Product Page Layout” option in the theme settings.

Here is an example of what mine looks like: http://metrobeautysupply.net/brand/el-patron/

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

Theme Options > Products Page Layout > Layout > select layout with sidebar + make sure that sidebar is not disabled on Shop page http://prntscr.com/k7teae
or provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

    Regards

Still not getting the desired result. I am posting a username and password for you in the private content. Please note that we don’t really use the “shop” page, which is a page called “brand view”.

We just need a sidebar to show up on views like this: http://metrobeautysupply.net/brand/el-patron/

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Thank you for the quick response! Unfortunately, still no cigar.

It looks like now we have activated some sort of sub-category step when someone selects a brand from the navigation. If you wouldn’t mind reverting those changes as it’s causing a few more issues.

Trying to get a sidebar on these types of pages. The ones that list categories, brands, or product searches: http://metrobeautysupply.net/brand/el-patron/

I would be happy to conference with you if that helps explain the issue. Or I can provide you a video explanation.

    Hello,

Do you want to disable sidebar for the main shop page but keep it for the categories and brand? Because now brand/category page inherits the layout of the shop page.

    Regards
