Products Pics not showing in quick view in cart thumbnail and when select a variable product

Morning i m having problem with the products image which aren’t showing in certain part as “Quick View” as “thumbnail cart” and when i select a variation on product page the image goes away. I m facing those different problem from time so far and i have been forced to buy the support to get it sorted, it seems unreal buying a product and then been unable to use it because of a bug update send by you, the update should get rid of some problem not causing other.

1) Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

In order to resolve this issue, we kindly request you to provide valid and functional wp-admin access. This will enable us to examine your settings more closely.

3) Please make sure that you are using the latest theme version and core plugin on your site – 9.2.2 & 5.2.2.

I’ll upload a video thats shows you the problem, after that how can i give you the way to access to my wp admin!?? I don’t know how to do it. Said that could you show me how to switch a parent theme without losing the configuration and how to clear cache,
I would need a step by step guide. To do what u asked me at the end.

1) We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. We kindly request you to revisit your site after clearing your browser cache. Please note that we have deactivated the variation gallery option located under XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single Product Builder, which has successfully addressed your concern.

Additionally, We would like to inform you that when the Variation Gallery is enabled on the product page, the product will only display the Variation Image Gallery and not the product video and product gallery simultaneously.

This is a default functionality of the Variation Gallery option.

2) For quick view product image issue.

We suggest switching to the Xstore Parent theme (Appearance > Themes) if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme. Let us know the result.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Sorry but nothing has been solved yet, the product doesn’t change when selecting a variation, as shown in pics, i ve selected flavour choccolate but it s stick on mango one. The cart as the same problem, for quick view i ve understud i have to change the theme amd try it.

I ve tried also the prove of going on the parent theme but it dosen’t work at all, and apart of that it loses lots of configuration has been made. Please i need to get it sorted as soon as possible.

If you wish to modify/change all the images in a product when a color is selected, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single Product builder > Variation Gallery option.
2. Turn it ON and click on ‘Publish’.

Once this is done, proceed with the following steps:

1. Go to ‘product’ > Edit specific variable Product > variations.
2. Edit the variation and add gallery images.
3. Save the settings.

After completing these steps, please revisit your site to confirm the changes.

Morning the site is now accessible, if i keep the pc off it goes down because is hosted there so far, i m waiting to set it off to pubblish it.

Ive done what you asked me after you have disabled it, it was already abled. Nothing changes i invite you to see all the previous messages because apart of that the problem is not only with the variation.
-Variation

-quick view

We kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Store-front or Twenty Twenty-Three. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not. Let us know the result.

https://prnt.sc/WsOcldCBKXH0 – The image is not shown here in product editor, so you need to test with the Storefront default WordPress theme.

It needs to be fixed first, then likely the quick view and so on will be fixed too.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

I ve activated the Twenty twenty-three theme, i post the pics and video of the result i ve noticed that the pics are shown and the variable product change showing the right product as well, the cart shows the product too, the only thing i couldn’t test was the quick view because not present in the theme as option. Another thing i’ve noticed is about the image product in the product editor that one isnt’t visible either with theme Twenty…..

2/ “Another thing i’ve noticed is about the image product in the product editor that one isnt’t visible either with theme Twenty…..” – once it is solved, we suppose other problems will be solved too. Please check – https://prnt.sc/NFbUbm1Hxywu – images are loaded from another site, so they are not shown.
You need to solve this first, we would recommend you contact the hosting provider to get assistance (it is not something that can be solved from the theme side).
