Hi there,
I have a shop with a lot of variable products with two attributes (size and color) so I have enabled the option “show variation as single products” to have all the variables colors displayed as single products on the store page. I checked the option “Hide Parent Product Of Variations” to not have the same product twice. Now my problem is that when the first variation (for example size) is out of stock, all the variations of the product size and color are shown as out of stock in the shop page even if they are others variations available.
Is there a way to show the available variations on the shop page until all the variations (size AND color) are out of stock ?
Thank you
Hello, DRIFT,
Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.
Could you please provide the URL of the product and temporary wp-admin access so that we can take a closer look?

Sorry it’s done
Hello, DRIFT,
Please go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Variation swatches > Primary Attribute > change the attribute here, or set None.
We hope this information is helpful.

Thank you for your quick reply but i’ve tried this one, the problem is when “hide out of stocks products” is checked in Woocommerce inventory settings (who is mandatory to make the variation swatches switch when out of stock) so then the others in stock variations will disappear from shop page even if some sizes are still in stock because the variation who is higher in the variations list (in product settings) is out of stock and the first variation in top of the list is unfortunately the one picked up for showing in the shop page.
Hello, DRIFT,
We will have another specialist review your inquiry in greater detail and will be in touch with you shortly.

Hello, DRIFT,
We apologize for the delay in responding.
Fixed. Please check now.
We uploaded a fix in xstore/framework/woo.php
and also clicked the “Terms recount” button in WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools ( https://prnt.sc/3TEbeP7lp3M7 ) as we described in the option’s description -> https://prnt.sc/sSUDnci_ByxR

Hello,
Many thanks, it works perfectly. I have two more questions please :
1) Did you know if we can add the variation gallery for all the variations of an attribute (for example a color) instead of having to add the variation gallery for each of the different variations (sizes) of the same color. For example: If I have a shirt that I sell in 3 sizes (S/M/L) and 3 colors (Withe/Red/Blue) i have to add the variation gallery to all the 3 sizes of the same color even if it is the exactly same pictures for the variations to show the good pictures. It would be great if we can share the variation gallery between all the variations of the same parent product who share a common defined attribute (In my case, color).
2) Did you know if there is a way to only show the products labeled as “new” products in some way ? It’s important for me because i have new products every week. This way I can create a page with the new arrivals who only show the new products that will auto update when the delay configured in the new label range expire. Many thanks.
Hello, DRIFT,
You’re welcome!
1/ There is no such option.
But you can try the next settings for one of your products to see if it gives the desired result – https://prnt.sc/WfqW_0Cf3KRM
2/ “Default Product Sorting” option comes from WooCommerce plugin, to find this option, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Catalog.
On a custom page, you can use Products grid element – https://prnt.sc/htNDlwEWa6Ym
We hope this information is helpful.

1) Thanks, but unfortunately I can’t do it that way because of the stock management, if I do that I lose the possibility of having a stock management at the attribute level (SizeORcolor) and the product will always show as available.
2) I had already made it the way you described, but it didn’t limit the products show by the “New label” instead the limit is a product number. The problem is I didn’t always have the same number of new products every week, so sometimes it will show “old” outdated products. Having the options to sort it by the “New” label could be awesome for many shops
