Hi, we have a case where our client needs some products to have a price and add to cart button and some other products not to have a price and add to cart product (similar to catalog mode).

For these products (with no price) on the product page instead of add to cart button our client requires a button that will write inquire form and when this button will be clicked either a pop-up window or another page will open with an inquiry form.
On the form, the visitor will not have to fill in the product details (only his personal data).
The email that our client will receive needs to include the product that the visitor is interested for. Please note that we refer to variable products (for example: The product name is t-shirt and the variables will be color and size) so the email must include the product name: t-shirt, the chosen color: blue and the chosen size: medium.
    How can we do this?
    1. Have some products with price and add to cart and some other with not
    2. Add a button on the product page that will open a form that will “transfer” all the info that we mentioned above.

Also is it possible to have product variations (we have products with more than 500 possible variations) and not to add prices in each variation. We need this because as mentioned we don’t want to display prices for these products?
Is there a way to add more than 50 product variations per time (I mean when we choose to create all possible product variations)?

    Thank you

    Leonidas

    Hello!

Thanks for getting in touch with us. My name is Muhammad.

1-You can add a product without price, you just have to leave the price field empty when adding it but I am sorry you cannot direct it to the custom form. It will require custom code using the child theme.

Can you please explain the variations requirement in more detail, What type of variations you want? so I can guide you in a better way.

    Thank you!
