Hello,
I am facing this problem in both my staging and prod websites.
The progress bar throws a null ref when trying to change any value.
In the staging website, it was pre-activated, so it hangs when I change any value.
In prod, I had deactivated it myself and tried to reactivate it. It gets activated but throws the same error. Also, I don’t see the popup to edit the progress bar. The website gets greyed out.

Hello, @pikeralpha,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
We have conducted a thorough review of the Sale Booster progress bar on our test site, utilizing the latest version of the XStore theme and core plugin. We are pleased to inform you that we did not encounter any issues during our evaluation.
It appears that the issue is isolated to your site.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

sure, let me try that first before giving you admin access.
Although, my issue does not look to be the only case. I just saw someone raise a similar one.

Same issue. Added my user details
The issue looks to be across Sales booster as well. I just tried with Fake popup. Same issue
Hello, @pikeralpha,
Thank you for providing the wp-admin access.
We have thoroughly reviewed your website and are pleased to inform you that the sale booster progress bar and other related features are functioning properly. To ensure that you are viewing the most recent version of your website, we kindly ask that you clear your browser’s cache and then revisit the site.
Should the issue persist, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a video demonstrating the problem. Which browser you are using? This will help us in diagnosing and resolving the issue more efficiently.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello,
You are not looking at the right place. Try to disable and enable any of the sales booster, you will see the error in the console logs. You wont be able to see the pop up then to change it.
To demonstrate, I have disabled following Sales Boosters:
Fake Sale Popup
Request A Quote
Cart / Checkout Countdown
Please try to enable and change its value.
Thanks!

Thanks for your video. I’m not sure if you changed something, but it did start to work on my staging website, which I gave you admin access to. However, the issue still persists on my main website.
I have added the video of it not working in private mode(no caches) on both browsers. The issue is still there.
I added new admin credentials for the primary website as well.
Thanks

Thankyou for your help. Its resolved now. I tried on a different laptop and it fixed it. Maybe some extension on my side is breaking it.
Thanks once again.
