Hi, I just updated the theme, wordpress and every plugin that I have. The problem comes that the “Progress Bar” shortcode, that can be inserted in blog posts/products etc right from the text editor, does not work. I tried with different things, it does not generate a progress bar. [progress complete=”65″ title=”Skill Title”] for example, renders exactly that – the text. The other shortcodes seem functional.

This wouldn’t be a problem, but I am using this shortcode on every product that is on my website(1000 of them) and I really need a solve for this. Thank you in advance.

    WP bakery version 5.4.7

    Hello,

Code of this shortcode was removed from our theme because VC plugin added own element http://prntscr.com/iq1mj0. I would recommend you to use the new element. In case, you have a lot of products and this is difficult to edit the content of them, we can help you with the shortcode. You need to have a child theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/3_child_theme and provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

    Regards

Thank you very much for the fast response. The catalogue has around 1000 items and the only fix is that I change the shortcode manually on each one, so you are a God sent on this one. I have installed the child theme, created an ftp account and enclosed the admin credentials all in the hidden content below. Thank you for being such an awesome support, once again! Rose for the win 🙂

Thank you so much, you fixed the issue indeed! Unfortunately, this fix results in some product images, spilling over to the rest of the page, like I have shown in the screenshot.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    You’re welcome.
The problem with images doesn’t relate to our changes or theme. The woocommerce plugin was updated and such situation has occurred, to solve this you need to regenerate images using Regenerate thumbnail plugin. Tools > Regenerate thumbnails > and press “regenerate all”. Once regeneration will be finished check the logs and make sure that all the thumbnails were successfully regenerated.
