Promo header is showing at mobile when scrolling up

Hi,
I have an issue that promo header will sudden show up when I scrolling up using mobile

We’ve checked your site from mobile and we do not see any problem or promo text element in the header.
Please clear cache of your browser and check one more time.
Could you record a video of the problem?
