Promo popup – don't show again – is not working

No matter whether I complete the newsletter signup form or click the DO NOT SHOW AGAIN link, the popup keeps appearing!

If I click DO NOT APPEAR again, I expect it not to popup each time I go to the home page, especially during the same online session.

Hello,

I’ve clicked “Do not show this popup again” in the appeared window and it has been hidden. After the second visit to the Home page pop up wasn’t shown.
Please try to check it again in another browser.

I never actually got this issue sorted.

If you click DO NOT SHOW AGAIN, then it doesn’t show for the rest of the day, but if you access the site the next day, it starts showing again?

Surely DO NOT SHOW AGAIN should mean forever?

Hello,

The option “Do not show this popup again” doesn’t mean the popup window will be hidden forever.
Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

After that check your site.
