    From the background I was able to edit it :

    but on live site still the demo one , how can I edit the top header promo text .

    Hello,

    You should be able to edit it from Theme Options > Header builder > edit Promo popup element. If you use the Multiple headers option and different header for the home page then make sure that you edited both the default header and home page header.

    Provide us with WP Dashboard access if it does not help.

    Check now. If you need to change the header on the home page then just edit Home page header https://prnt.sc/11dz33v
