Greetings,
I have added translations for the promo text component using WPML string translation, however, for one of the elements, which contains a link, The translation never shows up even though it does exist.
I would appreciate any help
Hello,
When I go to Theme Options > Header Builder > My account > My Account Text > there is “Аккаунт” text, and translation for the My Account works fine, so go to Promo text in Theme Options and write text in your language.
Let us know the result.
Regards
Greetings and thanks for your response,
As requested, I added the original text in Ukrainian. I have also added translations using WPML, but still, only 1 of the translations shows up.

Hello,
In this case, there are 2 ways:
1/ Contact support of WPML plugin
2/ Header Builder > Multiple headers > create a custom header and set it for all pages of the English language. In settings of headers, Promo text and other elements will be different depending on the language of the header.
Regards
