    Good morning,
On our desktop-view we have a dynamic time-shortcode, to let our customers know when we ship. It’s set to our working times, avoiding holidays and weekends. Unfortunately we cannot enter this shortcode into the mobile view in the slider at the top of the page.

Is there a workaround for this?

Why? Because we have a very small space now to directly and clearly tell our customers when their order will be shipped. Normally you could use the word “working days” in dutch, but the word is fading out of our language, so people think working days also include the weekend.

We can do Ma-vr (monday to friday shortened), but I would have to edit this each holiday because there are really customers that think it’s normal to ship out on holidays.

    Hello,

Good morning and thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

You can edit the content of the site header for mobile via Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile Header. HTML elements of the builder allow showing static blocks, for example, you create a static block using Elementor plugins and then show it in the header for mobile.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

We would like to inform you that it is not possible to utilize a shortcode within the Promo text element’s Custom text area. However, an alternative solution would be to create static blocks containing the shortcode and display these within the Mobile header. Essentially, this would involve substituting the Promo text element with an HTML element.
