Hi, I’ve just bought your WOOPRESS and have the default WP running fine and have ftp’d everything except the PSD, I wasn’t sure if it was needed and it’s very large. However, when I try to select the new theme it is showing as broken:
“WooPress Child The parent theme is missing. Please install the “woopress” parent theme.”
I’m not sure which files are the parent, I’ve uploaded all the files into a folder called /WooPress_Responsive_Ecommerce_Wordpress_Theme in the themes folder and have done all files except the PSD folder. I have also uploaded the WooPress_Theme-v2.2.zip into the same folder as they appear on my hard drive, can you advise please?
Many thanks in advance 🙂

ah, I’ve just found the woopress folder in that zip file (WooPress_Theme-v2.2.zip ), so i guess I’ve uploaded all the wrong files. I’m uploading woopress folder instead now… lol
Hello,
Is your problem resolved now?
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
yes, thanks Jack, I found the woopress folder and uploaded it, the site is operational now and I’m struggling with the full width menu now and have posted a new thread last night. Maybe you could help me with the problem with the menu not showing at all and the slider? here’s the question :
Thanks again 🙂
