Publish Button not working when trying to edit Color or font style or try to add a banner and save,

Hi, I have already checked all the suggestions in this link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/customize-and-publish-button-not-working/. I am having issues when I edit any page and try to save the work. The SAVE Button is not working? I am trying to change the font colour and style and add a banner to my shop page, but it does not save the changes. https://www.labradoodlesbycucciolini.ca/shop/

Hello, @Bark,

1/ Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns regarding the XStore theme. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with customizing and publishing your website, and we are here to assist you.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

Should the issue continue, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow us permission to debug your site (provide temporary wp-admin access). This includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will enable us to investigate and assist you more effectively.

Please ensure that you have a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Plus, I am currently not able to edit the shop page as there is no option to open the shop page through elementor? Check screenshots. I used to edit from elementor, but I am not able to. How do I edit this page? Hi, I see no difference. Please send a step-by-step on what you implemented and from where
