Published changes not updating actual site

I published the changes made using XStore’s theme option editor and the changes aren’t reflected on the site. Everything is up to date as I did a fresh install the same day. I cleared the cache and even tried going to my website on devices that have never been to the site – still no luck.

Am using Xstore child theme.

What exactly changes you did? Could you provide URL of the site and temporary wp-admin access? Use Private Content area – https://prnt.sc/vrp8br

Hello,

Check Shop page and you will see the new logo. Landing watch demo uses custom Header for the Home page, to be able to change it go to Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers – https://prnt.sc/vrwmwb , then you will be able to edit the content of the header that is displayed on the Home page.
