Purchase Code does not work anymore after theme update

Hi,

i have bought Royal theme in the beginning of 2017. We have buyed it directly from your shop, not envato (theme forest).
Now i downloaded the newest version and installed it. It says that the activation is needed to make the theme working.

I used the activation code from the email, but it says: code is not verified.

Could you please help me?
